The InnoGreenhouse recommends: Online-Workshop “Teamwork Essentials” [29.07.24]
September 18, 2024, 2-4:30 pm, ONLINE via Zoom: Learn what a functional team can look like and what it takes to work in a self-organised and agile team atmosphere! The Young Entrepreneurs in Science (YES) workshop is aimed at PhDs & postdocs from all disciplines, as well as early-career researchers and academic staff. Teamwork makes the dream work! Disagreements, diverging visions or other issues among team members are a common cause for failure in the startup industry.
Workshop Goals
- Get to know typical team roles and how to build a team
- Reflect on your personal team experiences so far
- Discover how agile, self-organised teamwork and the VUCA model are related
- Meet and exchange with an expert on the topic
The workshop will be held in English.
Participation is free of charge and requires no prior knowledge.
